Help Center is the next-generation Embedded Help product for configurable
workspaces. Help Center provides targeted help content to users in a UI page, based
on the user's role.  
Note:  
Help Center is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that is active by default.

## About Help Center {#help-center__section_mgr_cnc_tzb}

Help Center provides users with the information they need, and tells users what they can accomplish while they're using a configurable workspace. Help Center content appears in the right sidebar when the user clicks the help
icon. If Help Center content exists for the current UI page, then the help icon has an indicator. Multiple help topics for the same page are available in Help Center.
