Summary of Getting apps and trials from the ServiceNow Store
ServiceNow customers must procure applications from the ServiceNow Store when apps have custom terms and conditions, require a paid license or subscription, or need provider approval before installation. Application state indicators in the Application Manager help determine if procurement is necessary before installation. Apps and trials can be procured for both production and non-production instances.

- Buy a ServiceNow application: Purchase apps listed with ServiceNow as the provider through the Store.
