Agents workspace enables the
manufacturers to add the phase task details for the recall campaigns.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementMy Campaign phasesPhase task.
2. Select New.
3. Fill on the required phase task [Phase task form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/IpZ9bGhqSDWqlUNRu6tSWg "Phase task form enables you to add the details of the recall phase.") fields.
4. Select Submit.
