Create a promotion questionnaire.
Configure
the MCO input set.

## Before you begin

Role required: manufacturing operations admin (sn_mfg_cmn.manufacturing_operations_admin)

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsSales Promotion SetupPromotion Questionnaires.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Definition |
   |-|-|
   | Name | Name of the MCO input set. |
   | Application | Configuration record details. You can't edit the application. Note: To learn more about the Application file, see [Application files](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_ApplicationFiles&version=yokohama&pubname=yokohama-application-development&ft:locale=en-US). |
