## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesCSM/FSM Configurable WorkspaceListsRecall ManagementMy CampaignsCampaign Tasks.
2. Select New.
3. Fill in the required [Campaign tasks form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/M_vMGLT9wsKzS~XUeTNnfw "Campaign tasks form enables you to add the recall campaign details.") form fields.
4. Select Save.
