# View an order with the Business Portal {#ariaid-title1}

View orders using the Business Portal in Manufacturing Commercial Operations.

## Before you begin

Role required: agent

## Procedure

1. Navigate to the Business Portal.
2. In the Business Portal, select RequestsView submitted requestView orders.  
   The View order window has the following controls.
   * To search for orders, use the search icon.
   * To sort, and filter orders, use the filter icon.
   * To export as a PDF, Excel, or CSV, use the More Actions icon.
   * To open and order, select the order number.

## Result

The agent has the option to approve or reject the order.
