View how many subscriptions for IT Operations Management applications
your organization purchased and consumed.

## Before you begin

Ensure that your organization has purchased ITOM subscriptions. You cannot view the information in the ITOM License module without subscriptions.

Ensure that you installed the latest available version of the ITOM/OT SU Licensing from ServiceNow Store.

Role required: sn_itom_license.reader

## About this task

Review the configuration item (CI) allocation and allocation level to see how your
organization uses IT Operations Management
subscriptions and plan upcoming subscription needs.

## Procedure

1. To view subscription information for IT Operations Management subscriptions purchased a la carte and in bundles, navigate to ITOM LicenseLicense Summary.  
   Use subscription names to differentiate between subscriptions bought in bundles and a la carte.
2. Review the information on the form as covered in [Subscriptions form for the ITOM products](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/o7nIP5N74l~U5i5rtVC96w "Description of the fields on the Subscriptions form for the ITOM products.").
