Monitor, evaluate, and resolve health issues in the Express List.

The Event Management Express List feature provides a customizable, sortable view for accessing and managing alerts. Use the Express List feature to prioritize alerts, understand their impact, and resolve issues faster.

As a Service Reliability Management (SRM) user, you automatically have the evt_team_operator role, which lets you access the Express List feature (![Express list icon]()). To learn more about that role, see [Roles used by Express List](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/vv2SOLp5zAVMRzqgro_Qbw "Detailed information on all roles that can access the Express List feature on the Service Operations Workspace.").
Visit the following to work with alerts in the Express List feature:

* [Acknowledge viewed alerts in Express List](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/cjCn_szh4gp0l7R9rd7gYA "Acknowledge alerts that you’ve viewed to remove clutter in the Express List pane.")
* [Assign alerts in Express List](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/YbheeZEhCGDGYHgxoKmzzw "Assign alerts in Express List to yourself, to someone else, or to an assignment group to balance your organization's work load.")
* [Close an alert in Express List](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/GEjLld4kkpClU~rvPYyn1Q "Manually close alerts directly from the Express List pane or from the preview panel without waiting for them to be automatically closed if you already know the root cause or have fixed the problem.")
* [Create an incident from an alert in Express List](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/qK35ONyjZnRQlZOR0ynKBQ "Create an incident from an alert directly from the Express List pane, saving you the time and effort of navigating to the incident record.")
* [Monitor incoming alerts](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/bhN9tpP8s~hCtbJBdqBk3g "You can monitor incoming alerts in Service Operations Workspace. You can also monitor and manage alerts in the Event Management interface.")
* [Place an alert in the Acknowledged state](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/We1MlPENhy7OcqR0vAhxFw "Placing an alert into the Acknowledged state indicates that the alert has issues that need to be addressed.")
* [Place an alert in the Maintenance state](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/uARuJ5RrEVMSlHi9QhtSHw "Placing an alert into the Maintenance state indicates that there are issues with the alert's CIs that are being addressed.")

In SRM, integrations create alerts or you create alerts manually. Visit the following link to learn how to create an alert from the Services page:
* **[Manually create an SRM alert](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/mlfabLn3e_3Bs_mHWQvocA)**
Create an alert for testing purposes or if you think an issue poses a risk.
