Install the Alert Automation application and any supporting applications.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

Subscriptions required: ITSM Professional or ITOM Operator Professional subscriptions.

## About this task

Before creating management rules, you must install and configure the Service Reliability Management (SRM) application, available in the ServiceNow Store.

## Procedure

1. To access the ServiceNow Store and download the application onto your SRM instance, select the link in the email you received.
2. In your ServiceNow AI Platform instance, navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll Available ApplicationsAll.
3. Locate the Service Operations Workspace Alert Automation application and select Install.  
   Alert automation rules are ready to use in SRM.
