Add an SRM team
Request to create a team to start monitoring your services. Teams are responsible for the issues that occur in the associated services.
Before you begin
Role required: srm_admin, srm_manager, or srm_responder
About this task
The ServiceNow system administrator can set up teams in your workspace using a different process. See Activate teams and services in SRM for more information.

Result
When the request is approved, the team is created. Your team appears in the Teams landing page under Your teams.
