Set up an on-call schedule for your team to ensure that the right person is always available to quickly respond to incidents and critical alerts.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Shift name | Name for the shift. |
| All day shift | If selected, the shift is an all-day commitment. |
| Shift starts | Date and time the shift begins. |
| Shift ends | Date and time the shift ends. |
| Repeats | Shift repetition. Choices are: * Never * Daily * Weekly {#sr-create-shift-form__ul_zcy_qxw_qzb} |
| Every | How often to repeat. Display depends on the time frame chosen. |
| More options | More options to customize your schedule. |
| Timezone | User time zone. |
| Holiday schedule | Schedule to use for the holiday. |
| Repeats until | Date and time to end repetition. |
