Add service form
Create or add an existing service to your instance so that alerts and incidents on that service are available to your teams within SRM.

| Service name | Enter a name for your service. For example, Cloud storage service. Your teams see this name in SRM. |
| Service class | Select either application service or technical service. |
| Business criticality | Specify how important the service is to the business:
