The ServiceNow platform uses Operational Technology Management (OTM) to manage licenses for the manufacturing industry. OTM contains the licenses that are included in IT Operations Management, as well as licenses unique to OTM.{#otm-license-module__otherprops-integration-2}

Monitor OTM licenses in the same way as IT Operations Management licenses. The ServiceNow instance indicates OTM license types on the ITOM Licensing Category MetaData (OTM LicenseLicenses by CI types) page, where the SKU Type column contains a value of otm. By default, the license filter is set to SKU Type contains otm.

The same license options available for IT Operations Management are also available for OTM,
under the OTM License menu item in a ServiceNow
instance.
