Health Log Analytics provides international language support. The default language is US English.

## Language support coverage {#hla-localization__section_oml_1j1_fzb}

The current available languages for Health Log Analytics are as follows: US English, UK English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, and Spanish.  
Note:  
To receive keyword-based alerts for languages other than English, keywords in the relevant language must be added to the system before you start streaming. Contact ServiceNow Support for assistance.
