Activate the content pack ServiceNow Store application for the Platform Analytics Solution.

## Before you begin

Activate the full, subscription version of Performance Analytics on the instance where you are activating this Platform Analytics Solution. You can activate Performance Analytics on a non-production instance without purchasing a subscription. For more information, see [Activate your Performance Analytics subscription](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=c_PremiumPerformanceAnalytics&version=yokohama&pubname=yokohama-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll ApplicationsServiceNow Store.
2. Browse for Health Log Analytics and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.  
   You need a HI account and permission to request applications for the
   instances under consideration. The HI account and the instance need to be
   part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on
   the ServiceNow Store.
3. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Health Log Analytics (sn.occ)</kbd>.
4. Install the application.  
   When you install this application, you also activate the Performance Analytics - Premium (com.snc.pa.premium) plugin.  
   Note:  
   This plugin requires an additional fee.
