## Before you begin

A ServiceNow AI Platform administrator must have installed the content pack plugins or ServiceNow Store application for this Platform Analytics Solution.

Role required: pa_admin

## Procedure

1. Run diagnostics on all records.
   These diagnostics can catch many mismatches between the configuration of your
   Platform Analytics Solutions and your tables. For
   more information, see [Performance
   Analytics diagnostics](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=self-diagnostics&version=yokohama&pubname=yokohama-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).{#hla-config__p_k11_nfg_h1c}
2. Navigate to AllPerformance AnalyticsAdministration Console.
3. Verify the name of the dashboard that has been installed with this Platform Analytics Solution:
   Health Log Analytics Overview dashboard
4. Open the Indicator Sources tab.
5. For each dashboard included in this Platform Analytics Solution:
   1. Filter the indicator sources on the dashboard name.
      Here you see the indicator sources filtered on the Self-Service Analytics dashboard from the Employee Relations Executive Overview.
   2. Review the facts table, conditions, and frequency of the indicator sources compared to the data structure on your own instance.
      Important:
      Pay particular attention to time stamp fields such as Resolved or Created that are referenced in the Conditions field. You may need to use different time stamp fields.
   3. If necessary, open an indicator source and make corrections.
   4. If you are editing an indicator source record, go to the Indicators related list and review the Conditions field for each indicator.
      Changing the indicator source can also affect the additional
      conditions on the individual indicators.{#hla-config__p_m11_nfg_h1c}
   {#hla-config__substeps_wl2_nxc_llb}

   Analytics scripts](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=update-pa-scripts&version=yokohama&pubname=yokohama-now-intelligence&ft:locale=en-US).{#hla-config__p_n11_nfg_h1c}
