Request a cloud account

  • Request a cloud account as a requester. A notification email is sent when the requester creates an account request.

    Before you begin

    The ServiceNow admin must have populated the data for the account owner, cost center, business unit, department, and business application.

    Role required: sn_itom_cam.cw_requester

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Cloud Workspace > Home.
    2. From the Requests tab, select Create new request.
    3. Select the desired environment and select Next.
    4. On the Request form, fill in the fields.

      For a description of the field values, see New cloud account request fields.

    5. Select Next.
    6. Optional: Enter key-value information to categories the account.
      For example, by region, country, organization, or a branch.
    7. Select Submit.
