Managing a cloud account enables you to accomplish a range of tasks such as canceling, suspending, or reactivating cloud accounts, and adding unmanaged accounts.

| [Cancel a Cloud account request](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/XcX7p4eyBirCzs4QCwM4cw "Cancel an account request that you have submitted.") | Requesters can cancel their own account requests. |
| [Suspend a Cloud account](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/3ItkOyaMtN~p~0eQVLIyCw "Suspend an account when there’s a budget constraint or the account owner isn’t available in the organization. Only admins and account owners can see the suspended accounts.") | Suspended accounts can still be used along with its resources, but new resources can't be created for it. Before requesting account suspension, the ServiceNow admin must have already set up a suspension configuration. |
