You can download and install AIOps LEAP application from the ServiceNow® Store to manage your IT operations efficiently.

## Configuration overview {#configuring-aiops-leap__cf-config-parent-checklist}

1. [Install AIOps LEAP](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/w_XxGgVLcU9Lp5ODKydXfw "You can install the AIOps LEAP application using ServiceNow Otto for IT Operations Management (ITOM) (sn_itom_gen_ai) if you have the admin role. The application installs related ServiceNow Store applications and plug-ins if they aren’t already installed.")

   Install AIOps LEAP if you have the admin role.
2. [Setup AIOps LEAP properties](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/e4bQi9~1_p1PoIG2eipYyA "Configure AIOps LEAP properties to estimate cost and time savings calculations for your organization.")

   View and modify the AIOps LEAP
   AIOps LEAP properties as per your requirements.

4. [Change AIOps LEAP large language model (LLM)](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/YFfStz_uoo7d7CQGiFsOMA "AIOps LEAP allows you to change the default LLM provider from the Now LLM to your required LLM.")

   Modify the LLM model to suit your requirements.
