## Supported versions {#sn-lens-supporting-info__section_pds_325_c2c}

ServiceNow AI Lens is supported from Yokohama Patch 6 and Zurich Patch 1.

## Supported user interfaces {#sn-lens-supporting-info__section_bxd_j25_c2c}

To scan artifacts such as images, screens, websites, and applications using Now Assist, install the ServiceNow AI Lens application and then activate the ServiceNow AI Lens skill. For more information, see [Configure ServiceNow AI Lens](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/9WBbU90MEXBU5dFxVrT0Sw "If you have the admin role, you can enable the ServiceNow AI Lens application (sn_ai_lens) to extract and comprehend data for various workflows.").

## Licensing requirements {#sn-lens-supporting-info__section_q2w_j25_c2c}

The ServiceNow AI Lens application requires a ServiceNow Otto for Creator or Now Assist for Platform license.

Activate the ServiceNow AI Lens store app (com.sn_ai_lens) to use the ServiceNow AI Lens skill.  
This store app has the following dependencies:

* ServiceNow AI Lens Core (sn_app_lens_core)
* Now Assist for Platform (sn_genai_platform)
