# Create a new value template mapping

# Create a new value template mapping {#ariaid-title1}

Create a value template mapping record for a specific type of AI asset to standardize the template usage.

## Before you begin

Role required: AI steward \[sn_ai_g overnance_ai_steward\]

## Procedure

1. Navigate to WorkspacesAI Control Tower.
2. From the AI Control Tower, open the AI assets view.
3. From the navigation menu of the AI assets view, navigate to ProductivityTemplates mapping.
4. Select New record.
5. On the New mapping record form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Template name | Name of the value template that you want to map with an AI asset. |
   | Persona | Auto-display of the user role on the basis of selected value template. |
   | AI system type | Type of AI system which the AI asset belongsto. |
   | Asset name | Name of the AI asset that you want to map with the value template. |

6. Select Create mapping record.  
   The new value template mapping has been created and is available in the Templates mapping list.
