The Healthcare Operations Core Case enables streamlined support for operational healthcare use cases.
It extends the Case \[sn_customerservice_case\] table to store all healthcare cases associated with a patient. For more information, see [Tables installed with Customer Service Management](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=r_TIWCustomerService&version=yokohama&pubname=yokohama-customer-service-management&ft:locale=en-US).

It includes the Healthcare Location field, which references the Healthcare Location table in the Healthcare and Life Sciences data model.
