The Healthcare Task \[sn_hcls_task\] table is an abstract table and is extendable that
stores the details of the task associated with a healthcare case or a patient in your healthcare
organization.

* Extends the Task \[task\] table to store all healthcare tasks associated with a patient or a healthcare case.
* Includes the Patient field as a reference to the Patient \[sn_hcls_patient\] table. For more information, see [Patient table](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/56e9JMGhCGIdycY~vUJCig "The Patient [sn_hcls_patient] table stores the details of a patient in your healthcare organization.").
* Enables healthcare task types including appointment booking and updating insurance information.
