Improve agent efficiency and the quality of patient interactions by enabling healthcare
agents to view relevant patient information within a case that extends the healthcare case
type.

By default, patient information is displayed on interaction records associated with patients.
You can configure the CRM Workspace to display patient information
for a case that extends the healthcare case type.
