Create healthcare organizations to represent your fulfilling organizations for Healthcare IT cases.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllHealthcare OperationsHealthcare OrganizationsHospital Departments.
2. Select New.
3. In the name field, enter a name that reflects your healthcare IT support organization.  
   For example, Healthcare IT.
4. Fill in the other fields as needed.
5. Select Submit.

## What to do next

Assign members to your newly created healthcare IT support organization.
