Important note: Starting with the Xanadu release, the Healthcare CMMS is being phased out and will no longer be activated on new instances, though it remains supported for existing users. For future maintenance and inventory workflows, customers should transition to Clinical Device Management.
Access and Installation
To use the CMMS Dashboard, customers must install the Performance Analytics Content Pack for Healthcare CDM application. The dashboard can then be accessed via Platform Analytics Workspace > Dashboards > CMMS Dashboard. This dashboard acts as the product home page within the ServiceNow instance.
Key Features
- Comprehensive Medical Device Metrics: Displays metrics for all medical devices including counts and status updates.
- Filterable Widgets: Users can filter dashboard widgets by selected time durations to focus on specific periods.
- Performance Indicators:
- High Risk PM%: Percentage of planned maintenance work orders for high risk devices completed on time within the selected duration.
- Non-High Risk PM%: Percentage of planned maintenance work orders for non-high risk devices completed on time.
- Medical Devices In-Service: Number of medical devices currently in service during the selected timeframe, with clickable access to detailed lists and export options.
- Work Order Tracking: Shows counts and details of open and closed work orders due within the selected period, including export capabilities.
- Status Overview: Displays the status of all work orders due in the selected duration with options to drill down and export data.

- High risk PM% in the selected duration shows the percentage of the planned work orders that were completed within the due date for high risk medical devices.
- Non-high risk PM% in the selected duration shows the percentage of the planned work orders that were completed within the due date for non-high risk medical devices.
- Medical devices in-service in the selected duration shows number of the medical devices in-service in the selected duration. Click the widget to view the list of all medical devices in-service. You can export the list of all medical devices in-service.
- Closed work orders due in the selected duration shows number of the closed work orders who's requested due date is in the selected duration. Click the widget to view the list of all closed work orders. You can export the list of all the closed work orders.
- Open work orders due in the selected duration shows number of the open work orders who's requested due date is in the selected duration. Click the widget to view the list of all open work orders. You can export the list of all the open work orders.
- Status of all work orders due in the selected duration shows the status of all work orders. Click the widget to view the list of all work orders. You can export the status list of all the work orders.
