View a map of the job site and get directions to the specific on-site location.

## Before you begin

To view site maps, administrators must activate the Site Mapping for the Field Service Management plugin. Only one job is displayed on the site at once. For more information, see [Activate Site Mapping for Field Service Management](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/6QUsqZij96T1bAWrb39U9w "Install the Site Mapping for Field Service Management application (sn_fsm_site_map) if you have the admin role.").

Role required: wm_agent

## Procedure

1. Select My work.
2. Select a work order task.
3. Select Site.
4. Select Get directions.
