Save time and update multiple work order tasks at once in the calendar in Dispatcher Workspace.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm_dispatcher

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllField ServiceDispatchingDispatcher Workspace.
2. Select Dispatcher Workspace.
3. On the calendar in Dispatcher Workspace press Shift or Command on your keyboard while you select multiple tasks.  
   Note:  
   Tasks must be in the assigned or scheduled state to be selected.
4. Select the Overflow actions icon (![Overflow actions icon]()) in the contextual side panel.
5. Select the action to perform on the tasks:  
   * Open record
   * Unassign all
   * Lock all
   * Unlock all
   * Deselect all
