Add a default agent schedule so that agents have a schedule assigned to them if their work schedule expires.

## Before you begin

Role required: wm_dispatcher

The `Allow Dynamic Scheduling to only use work schedule/WFO` system property must be set to `false` before adding a default agent work schedule. Contact your administrator to update this system
property. For more information, see [Dynamic scheduling system properties](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/UOysxLY6lSX8AdE8A3DIUg "Set up properties to customize the behavior and functionality of the dynamic scheduling process according to your organization's needs.").

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllField ServiceDynamic Scheduling AdministrationConfiguration.
2. The Work Order Task Dynamic Scheduling Config form opens.
3. Select the Lookup using list icon (![lookup icon]()).
4. Select a schedule.
5. Select Update.
