The specialized Virtual Agent integrations for Microsoft Teams support different users as per their need.

* If both your environments are commercial, with `.com` as the suffix, follow both the self-configured and pre-published setup. instructions
* If your ServiceNow environment is `.us` and your Microsoft environment is `.com`, this is the GCC setup. Follow the self-configured bot setup instructions.
* If both your environments are `.us`, follow the GCC-H or DoD based instructions.
