Install the Now Assist for Creator application to use the spoke generation skill.

## Before you begin

* Role required: admin
* Review the [ServiceNow Otto for Creator](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/8178fec0ce0431105a7c9305875b2dca) application listing in the ServiceNow Store for information on dependencies, licensing or subscription requirements, and release compatibility.
* Upgrade to Xanadu Patch 3 or later. For more information about this release, see [Available patches and hotfixes](https://www.servicenow.com/docs/access?context=available-versions&version=yokohama&pubname=yokohama-release-notes&ft:locale=en-US).

## Procedure

1. Navigate to the [ServiceNow Otto for Creator](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/application/8178fec0ce0431105a7c9305875b2dca) application on the ServiceNow Store.  
   Important:  
   ServiceNow Otto for Creator requires a separate subscription.
2. From the ServiceNow Otto for Creator application page, select Request App.
3. After approval has been granted, on your instance, navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll Available Applications.
4. Find the ServiceNow Otto for Creator application (sn_now_creator) using the filter criteria and search bar.
5. Select Install.
