Once deployed, your app’s forms appear within the Service Catalog and categories you designated during creation. Associating your app’s forms with taxonomy topics enables dynamic display on relevant topic pages in Employee Center, supporting better categorization and discoverability.
Fulfillment Workspace
Fulfillers handle submitted forms via the Request App Workspace on the ServiceNow AI Platform, accessible through All > App Engine > Request App Workspace. This workspace organizes requests by app category, showing filtered lists of records for review and updates. Note that as the app owner, you cannot access this workspace unless you also have admin or the specific agent role (e.g., <app scope>.agent).
Continued Development
You can continue enhancing your app by opening it in other ServiceNow AI Platform builders, such as ServiceNow Studio, to add complex automations or additional experiences. An “Open in ServiceNow Studio” link is provided on the app’s tile within Creator Studio for direct access.

- App records created by form submissions do not close automatically; manual configuration is required to close requests and manage notifications effectively.

What happens after I submit my app for review?
When you finish creating your app and select to Submit for review, your admin gets a deployment request. They then review your app deployment request and move the app to production.
After the app is deployed to production, the forms are available on the ServiceNow AI Platform.
Where do I find my app after it's deployed?
After deployment, your app lives as forms in the Service Catalog and categories you specified when creating the forms.
Users can access those forms directly in a Service Catalog, as well as Service Portal and an Employee Center.
If you associate the app's form with one or more topics, the form will appear in the relevant, dynamically created topic pages in Employee Center. Where do fulfillers work on submitted forms?
You can preview and interact with how records appear in the workspace category directly within Creator Studio by navigating to the List categories section of the navigation panel and selecting a record.
