Assign collaboration descriptors to your users for a specific application so that you
can define specific permissions for these users.

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. In the related list, click Application collaboration users.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   | Field | Description |
   |-|-|
   | Collaboration Application | Application that the user works on. |
   | Collaboration User | User that works on the application. |
   | Collaboration Descriptor | Descriptor for the user on this application. |

4. Click Submit.
