Use the Advanced Work Assignment for Supplier Lifecycle Operations feature to automatically assign work items to agents based on availability and capacity.

Advanced Work Assignment for Supplier Lifecycle Operations pushes work to qualified agents using work item queues, routing conditions, and assignment criteria that you define. ## Prerequisites for installing Advanced Work Assignment for Supplier Lifecycle Operations {#supplier-awa__section_hf1_1lj_gxb}

Before you install Advanced Work Assignment for Supplier Lifecycle Operations, ensure that you activate the Agent Chat application and load the demo data during installation.
