Configure knowledge bases so that you can publish the created knowledge articles.

## Configure knowledge bases from the Source-to-Pay Workspace {#ariaid-title2}

Configure a knowledge base so that you can publish the knowledge base articles from the Source-to-Pay Workspace.

### Before you begin

Role required: admin

### Procedure

1. Navigate to AllKnowledgeAdministrationKNowledge Bases.
2. Select the knowledge base that you want to configure.  
   For example, select Purchase and Expense or Supplier Knowledge.
3. On the Can Read related list, select Edit.
4. In the Collection list, search for the Guest User role.
5. Move the Guest User role from the Collection list to the Can Read list.
6. Select Save.

## Publish a knowledge article from the Source-to-Pay Workspace {#ariaid-title3}

After creating a knowledge base article, publish the article from the Source-to-Pay Workspace to make it available for external users.

### Before you begin

Role required: sn_slm.manager, sn_shop.procurement_specialist_manager, or admin

### Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSupplier Lifecycle OperationsSource-to-Pay Workspace.
2. Select the list icon (![List icon.]()) and
3. Navigate to ListsKnowledge, and then select one of the following:  
   * Supplier articles
   * Procurement articles

4. Under the Number column, select the link to a knowledge base article to open it.
5. Select Publish.  
   A confirmation message appears, informing you that the knowledge base article will be published and be visible to the unauthenticated users.
6. Select Publish.
