    • Enable a Now Assist for Service Graph Connectors (SGC) skill to start using generative AI capabilities for diagnosing Service Graph Connector issues.

    Before you begin

    Install the Now Assist for SGC application. For more information, see Install Now Assist for Service Graph Connectors (SGC).

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Features.
      Alternatively, if you're already in the Now Assist Admin console, select the Now Assist Features tab.
    2. From the workflow list, select Technology.
    3. From the Select product list, select CMDB.
    4. On the Service Graph Connector card, select View details.

      The Service Graph Connector card describes the skill and enables you to view its details.

    5. Select Activate skill for the Service Graph Connector diagnosis skill.
    6. In the Select display section, review where the skill appears.
    7. Select Save and continue.
    8. In the Review and activate section, review your selections.
    9. Select Activate.
    10. On the Successfully activated message box, select Return to Service Graph Connector.
    11. In the Active skills section of the Service Graph Connector page, see the Status column to verify that the skill is active.
