The ServiceNow®
Service Portal application enables you to build mobile-friendly self-service experiences for your customers and employees with an easy-to-use, modular portal framework. Service Portal was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

:   Turn off access to a portal that you don't want users to visit and redirect them to another portal.

:   Log in to portals using a biometric authenticator or hardware security key with multi-factor authentication (MFA).

## Browser requirements {#service-portal-rn__service-portal-rn-browser}

The Xanadu release doesn't support Internet Explorer 11. {#service-portal-rn__service-portal-rn-browser-1}

The iOS version of Firefox doesn't support Service Portal pages.{#service-portal-rn__service-portal-rn-browser-2}
