The ServiceNow®
Healthcare Computerized Maintenance Management System application manages the medical device-related in-service process, alternative equipment maintenance (AEM) review process, medical device issues, and out-of-service process. This application is
currently supported for the Xanadu release, but it will be deprecated in a future release.

## Deprecations {#healthcare-cmms-rn__healthcare-cmms-rn-deprecations}

Starting with the Xanadu release, Healthcare Computerized Maintenance Management System is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer installed on new instances but will continue to be supported.
