The ServiceNow®
Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management application streamlines healthcare operations with automated processes. Healthcare and Life Sciences Service Management was enhanced and updated in the Xanadu release.

:   Use the new Patient identifier table to maintain and manage multiple identifiers such as patient MRN, social security number, and more.

    For instructions on migrating data from the patient table to the patient identifier table, please reach out to [Now Support](https://support.servicenow.com/now) for the fix script.
