Reviewing apps, products, and integrations on the ServiceNow Store lets providers know what's working well and what future updates customers want to see.

## Overview of reviewing apps {#reviewing-apps__cf-using-parent-workflow}

You can leave a review on any ServiceNow Store solution that you have used. Either log in to the ServiceNow Store with your Now Support credentials to leave a review or submit a guest
review.

You can view published reviews by selecting Ratings and Reviews from the app details navigation panel.

The ability to leave reviews is only available to
commercial customers at this time.
