Request a free or paid application that requires approval from the vendor to purchase the application directly from the ServiceNow instance, without navigating to ServiceNow Store.{#request-app__req-free-paid-app}

## Before you begin

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationAll Available ApplicationsAvailable To Obtain From Store.
2. Search for the required application and click the application record.
3. Click Request App.  
   A confirmation message is displayed that the request is sent to vendor. Once the vendor approves the request, you will be notified through an email.
