A description of the fields in the Operational Toggles form.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Toggle Name | Unique name for the operational toggle. |
| Toggle ID | Toggle ID field that is inactive. |
| Short Description | Description of what function the toggle performs. Note: An example of this is a type-ahead search polling toggle that performs a type-ahead search every 10th keystroke. |
| Application | Scope that is to a specific application or is a global scope. |
