# Activate Advanced AI Search Management Tools

# Activate the Platform Analytics Solution for Advanced AI Search Management Tools {#ariaid-title1}

Activate the content pack ServiceNow® Store application for the Platform Analytics Solution.

## Before you begin

The User Experience Analytics API application from the ServiceNow Store must be activated in your instance.

Role required: admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllSystem ApplicationsAll Available ApplicationsAvailable To Obtain From Store.
2. Browse for Advanced AI Search Management Tools and verify that you have the necessary valid entitlements.  
   You need a Now Support account and permission to request applications for the instances under consideration. The Now Support account and the instance must be part of the same company. For more information, see [Install a ServiceNow Product](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/help?article=KB0030186) on the ServiceNow Store.
3. Search for <kbd class="ph userinput">Advanced AI Search Management Tools</kbd>.
4. Install the application.
