The Quote Management application provides the following features to help you create and manage product quotes. ## Quote management features {#quote-mgmt-using__section_ann_yq1_scc} Quote management lets agents create and manage customer quotes. Quote line items are products and services for the customer. The catalogs contains simple product or bundled products that have option that agents can select.
