# Reviewing the Knowledge Management property for an Operational Technology knowledge base {#ariaid-title1}

As an administrator, you can configure the look and functionalities of Operational Technology (OT) knowledge bases with the Knowledge Management properties.
You can access the Knowledge Management properties by navigating to AllKnowledgeAdministrationProperties.  
Use the property that is listed in the following table to control which roles can flag incomplete or inaccurate articles in knowledge bases.{#reviewing-knowledge-management-properties__table_e4b_2sy_tzb__entry__2}

| Property | Description |
|-|-|
| List of roles (comma-separated) that can flag incomplete/inaccurate articles (glide.knowman.show_flag.roles) | Enter the role names exactly as they appear in User AdministrationRoles. If both the Show article rating section and Show "Flag Article" option properties are selected, the users with the roles listed in this property see the flag article option in the article view. All roles listed in this property must also be listed in the List of roles that can see an article's rating section property. |
