Using the Process Mining content pack for Order Management for Telecommunications and Media enables you to analyze processes relevant to your KPIs, and identify bottlenecks associated with Telecommunications orders.

For information about enabling the Process Mining for Telecommunications, see [Activate Process Mining content packs](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/jrjSBRROESrQGAIMceX7eA "Activate Process Mining content packs to access pre-built projects for specific areas of your business.").

## End user and roles {#integration-with-telecommunications-orders__section_j5p_qm3_2nb}

If you have the required roles, you can use Analyst Workbench to access the visualized process
workflow data, and tools for analyzing the data related to telecommunications orders. For more
information, see [Process Mining workspace](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/hmRWmBNzpY8YnofwLK~HDg "See your business processes and workflows as visualizations from the Process Mining workspace.").
Based on the Telecommunications application that you're using the Process Mining application for, you need the following roles:

* For Telecommunications Product Orders: sn_process_optimization_admin, sn_process_optimization_analyst, and sn_process_optmization_power_user
* For Telecommunications Service Orders: sn_process_optimization_admin, sn_process_optimization_analyst, and sn_process_optmization_power_user
* For Telecommunications Resource Orders: sn_process_optimization_admin, sn_process_optimization_analyst, and sn_process_optmization_power_user
* For Telecommunications Order Tasks: sn_process_optimization_admin, sn_process_optimization_analyst, and sn_process_optmization_power_user

## Optimization projects for Telecommunications application {#integration-with-telecommunications-orders__section_kg1_y1r_fnb}

The content pack adds pre-built process optimization project definitions for these Order Management for Telecommunications and Media application entities:

* Product Orders
* Service Orders
* Resource Orders
* Order Tasks

{#integration-with-telecommunications-orders__ul_rds_5nv_sqb} You can also configure a new process project that is based on a pre-built project. For more information, see [Create a project or template using Project Builder](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/M_d8qXuYwg5jpe_SJumjOQ "Create and mine a project using the Project Builder to analyze and optimize your business processes. Create a template to reuse it when you want to use the same project conditions multiple times. In the Project Builder, the entire process is broken down into three sections and an overview to make the task easier and more efficient.").
* **[Example of Process Mining for Telecommunications](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/t5ArR302Jo1pLTmecOiR4g)**
