# Create process configuration record for the table {#ariaid-title1}

Create a process configuration for a table to use the same default configuration whenever you use the table from the instance.

## Before you begin

Role required: sn_process_optimization_analyst, sn_process_optimization_power_user, or sn_process_optimization_admin

## Procedure

1. Navigate to AllProcess MiningProcess Configurations.
2. Select New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

| Field | Description |
|-|-|
| Table | Select a table for which you want to create a configuration. |
| KPI Dashboard | Select a KPI dashboard. |
| Automated Root Cause Analysis | Select to set the automated root cause analysis. For more information, see [Automated root cause analysis](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/U1hRPcjntZ916nGsB70R4w "Find where and why inefficiencies occur within your processes using automated root cause analysis."). |
| Automation Discovery | Select to set the automation discovery. For more information, see [Configure automation discovery](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/WdjwN61S7ZUZE6aHwJverA "Automation discovery helps you analyze your records and identity opportunities for automation."). |
| Cluster Analysis | Select to set the cluster analysis. For more information, see [Cluster analysis](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/8gHVkcwOhvyVIR_di1q39g "When identifying an activity, connection, improvement opportunity, or route as a potential bottleneck, view clusters of keyword descriptions and assignment groups to gain insights."). |
| Finding Definitions | Select to set the rule-based improvement opportunities either from the Classic view or from the Finding Builder.
