Add the desired Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the performance of the SPM work items in the Process Mining Summary and Insights dashboard. Remove the indicators that you no longer want to use.

## Before you begin

Important:  
This feature is available with the ServiceNow Store Process Mining SPM content pack v1.0. Visit the [ServiceNow Store](https://store.servicenow.com/sn_appstore_store.do#!/store/home) website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests to the store. Role required: administrator

## Procedure

1. Ensure that you have the Project Portfolio Management Standard plugin installed.
2. [Add the desired indicator data source](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/SR2756JVmK8_N1Lc9Uz4vg#c_IndicatorSources "Indicator sources are data sets consisting of filtered records from one table or database view.") to the Summary and Insights page.  
   For demands, the KPIs are Active Demands and Average Days Demand Open.
