Summary of Using the Stream Connect Dashboard
The Stream Connect Dashboard in ServiceNow provides a centralized environment for managing multiple Stream Connect integrations efficiently. It enables you to monitor detailed statistics, manage producers, consumers, topics, and replicators, all within a single interface. This dashboard helps you gain insights into data usage and processing performance, simplifying the administration and optimization of your streaming integrations.

Access the dashboard via: All > Integration Hub > Stream Connect > Stream Connect Home. Note that a Workflow Data Fabric subscription and Stream Connect subscription are required.
Key Features
- Overview Section: Displays active entities (topics, consumers, producers, replicators) and data usage charts showing consumed/produced data and message counts over selectable time ranges.
- Topics Management: View, create, edit, and export topics. Detailed topic pages show metadata and include tabs with charts on messages consumed/produced, consumer lag, and replication status. This helps track topic-specific performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Consumers Management: List all consumers by type (ETL, Flow Trigger, Script, Transform Map), create new consumers, and view detailed consumer stats such as message processing rates, lag, queue depth, logs, and partition groups. This supports fine-grained monitoring and management of data consumers.
- Producers Management: View, filter, and export producers with detailed insights including message production rates, bytes produced, undelivered messages, and the topics they write to. The "Manage" button links to related entities like business rules or flow actions, aiding quick troubleshooting.
- Message Replications: Manage message replications with options to create, edit, export, and view status and error messages. This ensures reliable message duplication across services.
- Topic Replications: Similar management capabilities for topic replications, including direction, status, error handling, and tracking within update sets, facilitating robust topic data replication control.
