Search existing appointments

  • Search for an existing appointment on behalf of the consumer user.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_vaccine_sm.clinician

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Vaccine Administration Management > Agent > Search Assist.
    2. Select Appointment.
    3. Search for the vaccination appointments using the appointment code or contact.
    4. Click Search.
      If the vaccination record exists, you can find it under Vaccination Tasks.
      Note:
      As a clinician or as a vaccine agent, you can search for an existing appointment using the contact filter only for consumer users and not for internal users. If you want to search for an existing appointment for an internal user, you must navigate to Vaccination Tasks and filter the list by the user name.
